All new potential members are required to participate in our beginner’s course which run regularly throughout the year. The beginners course runs for 4 weeks and teaches new members the fundamental movements within CrossFit. As well as this it will give an insight into Olympic Weightlifting movements, basic gymnastic positionings and an introduction into the way our ‘workouts of the day’ can be programmed. The course has been introduced to the sign up process so that new members build confidence and gain a basic knowledge of movements before moving into the regular classes. This benefits both members and coaches as the coaching team can gain an understanding of where you are in your fitness journey and how your body moves alongside any injuries that may need taking into consideration. The course costs £40 and on completion gives 50% off your first full months membership.

We also offer a drop in price of £8.50 to those who wish to visit the box and have at least 6 months CrossFit experience already. Any visitors must book in via Go Team Up (directions from timetable) as classes are limited to 14. Please ensure you contact the owners via email or facebook to let them know you wish to come along to CrossFit Hayle prior to any sessions.
